How Extraordinary, Mr Quinn?
Voluntary Administration to Managing Director in FOUR MONTHS!!
Well welcome to Hervey Bay Malcolm Quinn!
Will you now be giving me back my $2,505 you owe me for my ticket to the Donald Trump seminar?! (Read more here.) I’ve have been secretly hoping Karma (or the courts) would deal with this.
Wow and you’re starting a new advertising firm after putting your last one the ‘Concept Store’ in Voluntary Administration just four months ago, after racking up the below debts?
To cap off Quinn’s woes, the creditors are mounting up.
So far, just 1500 tickets out of 8000 have been sold, and those ticket holders are owed an estimated $1.5 million.
Trump himself is demanding the further $950,000 he says he is still owed, whether the tour goes ahead or not.
Sponsor Sarina Russo faces a loss of nearly $50,000. Gold Coast Convention Centre is owed $16,000. Sydney PR guru Max Marxson says he’s “sold a few tickets” to the event, but is probably going to have to “write it all off to experience”
“Think Like a Billionaire” had been badly promoted by Mr Quinn, whose background was in newspaper publishing and advertising. ………. “I think it was amateurish and unprofessional. It was obvious the promoters here bit off more than they could chew.”………..

Superior Advertising, poor Mr Quinn would be lucky to manage a chook raffle with his track record!
Anyway all the best ………. I guess I can always start a competition publication….. Mr Trump may like to buy my first Front Cover!

Hey Jeanette, I love the way you put things about this waste of oxygen.
Funny how you can be in financial trouble then a few weeks later start to extend your family home from 4 to 7 bedrooms….. and then sell up and move town.
Oh and lets not forget the new house in the new town isn’t up to the 2nd wife’s standard so well will live with the 5 kids (6 until miss 17 who hates you so much, runs away AGAIN) in a rented holiday home until its up to scratch…. oh the lives of poor people!!!!
Hello Janette,
im sorry to inform you but no you will not be getting your money back for the ticket as he never gives anyone back money even his own childrens birthday money.
oh yes isnt it funny how he is so in debt that he could send his oldest daughter to another private school in ipswich but can afford putting extentions onto the house and then move to his new wifeys home town because ipswich wasnt to her stuck up standards.
Lets also not forget that malcolm still owes companys in ipswich money still! he is a backstabbing liar who tears his family apart for his work which he happens to always fail at anyone… and according to him im the one that will never succed at anything!
hey mum love your comment.
p.s. im the 17 year old daughter of malcolm quinn so if you need any gossip give me a hit up… i have plenty to share.
Hi Monique,
Thanks for your comment.
I’m personally sure you will succeed at many wonderful things and have lots of fun adventure in your life!!! x
I’m really not interested in any gossip on Malcolm. His dishonest character and the suffering he has caused his family members and vast numbers of the Australialn business community is apparent to all and disgraceful.
It is clearing obvious Mr Quinn is suffering enormously on the inside and has no self respect to treat people as he does. Maybe a trip to meditation with me could help him see his inner Buddha in the hope of making amends to all those he has stolen from and hurt. It’s never to late for change and forgiveness. You just need to acknowledge and take ownership of your actions.
All the best to you and your mum!
Remember the only person we can change is ourselves…. x
Love Jeanette
If we never fail, we never learn! Seems to be a very bitchy opinion of what happened. I certainly do not think that it is appopriate to be making statements that are incorrect or untrue either.
Geesh I wonder what you wrote about Jetset!!
Let’s hope that you never make a mistake Jeanette because I don’t see your long list of victims holding back.
Sometimes 17 years olds need to follow rules that they do not like! ie getting a job or moving with the family unit. They do not like it and rebel.. is that such a weird concept Jeanette?
It seems you have a lot of time on your hands and can be very passionate. How about you put your energy into helping people, instead of slander!
People with disabilities need a voice if you are looking for a cause!
In Malcolm’s defence he has been nothing but great to me therefore I find your comments to be untrue and not appropriate.
Hi Le,
Gee I can sense a lot of negativity in your comment; I certainly hope you don’t channel this into your life.
I have not made any statements that are not true.
What others write on here is their opinion – true or not, perhaps raise your concerns with them.
Not sure why I would write about Jetset, I’ve never had anything to do with them.
I don’t have victims; I choose not to live my life in that manner.
I don’t care what 17 year olds do, that’s their parents business.
I have lost count of the number of charities I assist and I will keep putting my energy into this.
You will notice Le I have not written a single comment about you, nor have I met you or know who you are, though I am assuming Malcolm Quinns current wife.
Have a nice day.
Just because you refer to meditation and you possibly have a statue of Buddha does make you sound any more calm or centered or whatever you call it. Your WTF comment next to Malcolm status certainly does shows negativity however thank you for your concern.
The below comments are not true!
Mr Quinn would be lucky to manage a chook raffle with his track record! NOT TRUE!
Mr Quinn is suffering enormously on the inside and has no self respect to treat people as he does NOT TRUE!
His dishonest character! NOT TRUE!!!
I see your comments as an attack. If you stuck to the facts about what happened and didn’t add your opinions you would be minus a response from me!
Sorry my mistake I meant Ansett! They went broke and people lost money… I am sure you get the drill now.
Maybe had you have purchased your tickets via credit card, then you would be successful in claiming your money back through the merchant. Something to consider for the future.
You should not assume because I am not Leah!
I hope this clears things up!
Hi Leanne,
You are entitled to your opinion and are most welcome to state what you feel is not true to you.
Others may beg to disagree due to personal experience, which, thank god to freedom of speech they have the right to express … just like you.
I certainly don’t mind if you feel the need to voice your opinions and with the use of a lot of exclamation marks I note….
Unlike Ansett, Mr Quinn didn’t go broke or lose any of his assets. He started the exact same business in a new name four months later in a new town? My confusion on this matter is clearly evident by the WTF symbol.
I did purchase my tickets with my credit card and I did get my money back … I’m just waiting for Mr Quinn to give me my money back so I can give it to my bank, they should not be expected to cover his debts.
(you’ve obviously missed a few of my Mr Quinn stories and may I suggest for your stress levels you don’t look for them…)
Thanks for clearing all that up … anyway as much as I would love to chat I have a lot of work to complete this afternoon.
Enjoy your weekend …
There is no such thing as Freedom of Speech in Australia.
That is a US concept and law. It would probably do you well to make yourself familiar with such laws and statements before throwing them out there as gospel.
http://www.aph.gov.au/LIBRARY/pubs/rn/2001-02/02rn42.htm
Opinion, should also be stated clearly as opinion if it is to be relied upon later.
There are also no such laws against a person starting a new business after the same or similar business failed elsewhere, unless there are ongoing proceedings or specific injunctions against that person.
Clearly you are unhappy about whatever transpired, but do you also think it reasonable, and acceptable to paste that on the internet. Personally I wonder what damage this does to the subjects character?
The Australian Constitution does not have any express provision relating to freedom of speech. In theory, therefore, the Commonwealth Parliament may restrict or censor speech through censorship legislation or other laws, as long as they are otherwise within constitutional power. The Constitution consists mainly of provisions relating to the structure of the Commonwealth Parliament, executive government and the federal judicial system.(6) There is no list of personal rights or freedoms which may be enforced in the courts. There are however some provisions relating to personal rights such as the right to trial by jury (section 80), and the right to freedom of religion (section 116)
This comment could be considered as Defamation: Mr Quinn would be lucky to manage a chook raffle with his track record.
I am not sure that my grammer is part of the point that I am trying to make however you are clearly trying to discredit what I am saying by pointing this out.
I haven’t created a blog so I can splash my opinions all over, you have!
Thanks Hmmm (not sure why people don’t use their name, could be perceived alittle cowardly?) for your legislation research from 2002, but I have not written anything here that I have said is gospel, nor did I say there was a law against a person starting a similar business, I just made an observation.
It is clearly stated at the bottom of my blog that everything is merely an opinion.
Besides I haven’t said anything that can’t be found online in every major news website in Australia or has not been previously published in every major Australian Newspaper.
Thank you also for your research Leanne (are you pair friends or work for Malcolm?) but I’m pretty sure Mr Quinn does not care whether I think he can run a chook raffle or not.
Don’t worry about creating a blog you are splashing enough of your opinions all over mine… enjoy.
Mr Quinn has directly told me he doesn’t give a F#@K, so why do you?
Anyway I really don’t care and I won’t be wasting any more time answering silly comments like these and would like to thank you for your input to my blog, I hope it has enriched your day.
